Our Sponsors
Support for the work that the Tree Amigos does is now growing and we are delighted to announce the programme sponsors for 2011-2012.
Trees4Scotland When Trees4Scotland was set up in 2008 one of the central aims was to have education at the very heart of the operation, and so the Tree Amigos was born. The programme is operated and part funded by Trees4Scotland. Edinburgh Airport Edinburgh Airport was one of the founding sponsors of the Tree Amigos programme, and we thank them for their support and continued commitment. Our airports play a key role in the fabric of our society, and are working hard to reduce their impact on the environment. Please visit www.edinburghairport.com and click 'About Edinburgh Airport' to find out a bit more about what they are doing to have a positive impact on the environment and the community around them. Glasgow Airport Glasgow Airport came on board as a sponsor in 2009, and have been delighted with the success of the project. We are working closely with them to try to find even more sponsors so that we can grow the project further in the West of Scotland. Please visit www.glasgowairport.com and click on 'About Glasgow Airport' to find out more about their community engagement and environmental commitments. Our New Sponsors We are delighted to welcome two new sponsors Hotel Missoni and Radisson Blu, both of whom are part of the Redizor Hotel Group. It is great to have you on board as we seek to grow the numbers involved with the Tree Amigos. Hotel Missoni Located on the corner of The Royal Mile and George IV Bridge, Hotel Missoni is one of Edinburgh's newest hotels. This five star property has recently been awarded a Gold award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme in recognition of their environmental and social efforts. Please visit their website for more information: www.hotelmissoni.com Radisson Blu Also located on the Royal Mile the Radisson Blu is a popular spot for visitors to the city. Along with Hotel Missoni they are doing some great work to reduce their energy consumption and to be more environmentally friendly. Check out their website: www.radissonblu.co.uk Would you also like to join this sponsorship family? We are always on the lookout for more businesses who would like to give something positive back to the community, and to have a positive impact on the environment at the same time.
